This file records notices required by third-party components that can appear in the Quadruna hosted runtime. It is not a license for the Quadruna application, not a complete list of development packages, and not a legal opinion. The Quadruna application source remains proprietary.
The reproducible npm inventory is docs/legal-governance/b4-oss-license-inventory.csv. The license gate is npm run licenses:check.

- Provider: BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds retained monthly release
autobuild-2026-08-31-13-27.
- BtbN commit:
8267213e26c1031621e6e1210fe3aa4867214f6a. - FFmpeg:
n8.1.2-50-g1a748fe2cd, commit
1a748fe2cd43e3ead22fafb1b5b7d77f153898a8.
- Variant:
lgpl; build configuration comes from BtbN
variants/defaults-lgpl.sh, while COPYING.LGPLv3 comes from the pinned FFmpeg source checkout.
- Configure observed:
--enable-version3 --disable-debug --enable-libmp3lame. - Forbidden flags, verified absent:
--enable-gpl,--enable-nonfree. - Invocation: the Quadruna server starts
ffmpegas a separate process and
does not ship ffprobe. It does not link FFmpeg libraries.

OFL 1.1 summary for operators: the fonts may be used, studied, modified and redistributed commercially, provided the license is kept, reserved names are not used for modified versions without permission, and the fonts are not sold by themselves. This is a notice, not a restatement of the OFL.
tus-js-client normally depends on combine-errors@3.0.3, whose published package omits both a license expression and a license file. Quadruna replaces that dependency with the API-compatible maybe-combine-errors@1.0.0, which declares MIT and ships LICENSE.md.

- Development-only packages, tests and local tooling.
- Provider contracts (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Google).
- Brand, mascot and game-image ownership, which are recorded separately in
docs/legal-governance/b4-asset-origin-receipt.md.

claim active antivirus protection.
